Thailand once again joins Japan in a Day 1 release, giving fans the chance to spin it right away. The design is absolutely stunning, and after hands-on testing, let’s see how it performs in battle.

เมนเบลด Eclipse มาพร้อมคมเบลดทั้งหมด 5 ใบ สามารถสลับได้ 2 โหมด ได้แก่ โหมด Smash สำหรับการโจมตีแบบกระแทกรุนแรง

โหมด Upper สำหรับงัดคู่ต่อสู้ให้ลอยขึ้น โหมด Smash จะเห็นได้ว่าการออกแบบสโลปของเบลดเน้นให้ด้านบนเสมอกันและลาดขึ้นจากด้านล่าง ส่งผลให้เมื่อหมุนโจมตี คมเบลดฝั่งซ้ายจะเหมือน “ค้อนหนา” ที่อัดใส่คู่ต่อสู้อย่างจัง การตีจึงทรงพลังมาก พร้อมทั้งมีแรงดีดเคาน์เตอร์ที่ดีเยี่ยมอีกด้วย

The main blade, Eclipse, comes with five attack blades and can switch between two modes: Smash Mode for powerful impact attacks, and Upper Mode for launching opponents upward. In Smash Mode, the blade slopes evenly on top and rises from below, allowing the left-side edge to act like a thick hammer when it hits, delivering a devastating strike. It’s not only strong but also counters effectively.

ในทางกลับกัน โหมด Upper จะมีสโลปด้านบนที่ลาดขึ้น ส่วนฐานด้านล่างเต็มแน่น เพื่อใช้ “งัด” คู่ต่อสู้ให้ลอยขึ้นจากสนาม เหมาะสำหรับสายงัดสุด ๆ อย่างไรก็ตามด้วยความสูงของระบบ CX ที่ค่อนข้างมาก การจะใช้โหมด Upper ให้ได้เต็มประสิทธิภาพจึงต้องเลือกใช้แรทและบิทที่มีความเตี้ย เพื่อให้จุดปะทะทำงานได้อย่างถูกตำแหน่ง

Meanwhile, Upper Mode features an upward slope on top and a solid lower base designed to “lift” opponents into the air. It’s perfect for upper-type strategies. However, because the CX series has a tall structure, players must use shorter Ratchets and Bits to fully utilize the Upper Mode’s lift potential.

The Assist Blade: Dual (D)

แอสซิสต์เบลด Dual (D) สามารถสลับได้ทั้งโหมด Smash และ Upper เช่นเดียวกับเมนเบลด จากการทดสอบพบว่า หากตั้งให้ตรงโหมด เช่น Smash + Smash หรือ Upper + Upper จะช่วยเสริมพลังโจมตีให้รุนแรงขึ้น แต่ถ้าตั้งสลับโหมด เช่น เมนเบลด Smash + แอสซิสต์ Upper จะช่วยให้สมดุลการหมุนดีขึ้น แม้พลังโจมตีจะลดลงเล็กน้อย จึงขึ้นอยู่กับสไตล์การเล่นของแต่ละคน

The Dual (D) assist blade can also switch between Smash and Upper modes. Testing showed that matching modes (Smash + Smash or Upper + Upper) enhances raw attack power, while mixing them (e.g., Smash main + Upper assist) improves rotational stability but slightly reduces impact force — offering flexibility for different play styles.

เมื่อเราใส่แบบตรงโหมดอย่างตัวอย่างนี้เป็นแบบ Smash + Smash ทำให้เห็นว่า ส่วนหนาจะอยู่ฝั่งเดียวกัน เพื่อเหวี่ยงให้การโจมตีอยู่ที่มุมด้านหนา ๆ นั่นเอง

Ratchet 5-70

Ratchet 5-70 มาพร้อมมุม 5 จุด ความสูง 7 มิลลิเมตร ช่วยเสริมแรงมุมในการโจมตีเมื่อใช้ร่วมกับ Eclipse ได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยม ผู้เล่นสามารถปรับตำแหน่งมุมของแรทเชทให้ “ตรง” กับมุมตีของเบลด เพื่อเพิ่มพลัง หรือปรับให้อยู่ระหว่างกลางเพื่อเสริมสมดุลแรงหมุนได้เช่นกัน

The 5-70 Ratchet features five angular points and a 7mm height, perfectly complementing Eclipse’s attack flow. You can align its angles with the blade’s attack zone for stronger hits or offset them slightly to enhance spin balance and endurance.

Bit: Trans Kick (TK)

บิท Trans Kick (TK) เป็นระบบที่สามารถปรับความสูงได้ระหว่างการต่อสู้ คล้ายกับ Trans Point เดิม แต่จากการทดสอบพบว่าควบคุมได้ยากพอสมควร หากชู้ตแรงเกินไป ตัวเบลดอาจ “ระเบิด” ออกจากสนามได้ง่าย เพราะเมื่อเปลี่ยนโหมดในจังหวะที่วิ่งบน Xtreme Line มันจะคลายบิททิ้งเลย ต้องใช้การฝึกฝนเพื่อควบคุมให้ดีขึ้น

The Trans Kick (TK) Bit allows height adjustment mid-battle, similar to the classic Trans Point. However, during testing, it proved tricky to handle — especially when launched too hard. It can destabilize or burst itself when switching modes on the Xtreme Line, so mastering timing and control is crucial.

นอกจากนี้ CX-09 ยังมาพร้อม Winder Launcher และสาย Long Winder ในชุด ให้พร้อมใช้งานตั้งแต่แกะกล่อง จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้ลองเล่น ถือว่าเป็นรุ่นที่ “สนุกมาก” เพราะสามารถปรับโหมดได้หลากหลาย แต่ด้วยน้ำหนักที่มากถึง 39–40 กรัม (รวมเกือบ 50 กรัม) ทำให้การเล่นต้องอาศัยแรงชู้ตพอสมควร น้ำหนักมากมีทั้งข้อดีและข้อเสีย หากแรงชู้ตไม่พอ การหมุนจะไม่แรงพอในการโจมตี ส่งผลให้คะแนนโดยรวมอยู่ที่ 6/10 — เล่นเพลิน แต่ต้องอาศัยเทคนิคสูงพอสมควร

The CX-09 also comes bundled with a Winder Launcher and Long Winder cord, ready to use out of the box. From experience, it’s a very enjoyable model thanks to its versatile mode options. However, its hefty weight — about 39–40 grams (nearly 50g total) — demands strong launch power. Heavyweight brings both pros and cons: while it hits hard, it requires perfect control. Overall, it scores 6/10 — fun, but challenging to master.

คอมโบที่น่าสนใจคือ Sol Eclipse (Smash) D (Smash) 5-60 P โดยเลือกใช้เบลดโหมด Smash เพื่อเน้นการโจมตีแบบหนักหน่วง พร้อม Ratchet 5-60 ที่ปรับมุมให้ตรงและลดความสูงลงเล็กน้อย ส่วนบิท Point จะช่วยรักษาสมดุลและเพิ่มการหมุนได้ยาวขึ้น หากใครอยากให้วิ่งตีเร็วขึ้น สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นบิทตระกูล Flat ได้เลย

A recommended combo setup is Sol Eclipse (Smash) D (Smash) 5-60 P. Using Smash Mode focuses on pure offensive strikes, with the 5-60 Ratchet aligned for angle precision and slightly lowered height. The Point Bit maintains balance and spin stamina, while switching to a Flat-type Bit provides faster, more aggressive movement.
